Race the Green Machines Release and Waiver of Liability:

By agreeing to this disclaimer I confirm that I have read and agree to the terms below:

1. I am a willing participant of Race the Green Machines starting on 24th July 2010
(“the Event”). I have paid £200 to cover the entry fee for the Event and will raise a
donation to a chosen charity of my choice.

2. I acknowledge that participation in the Event is potentially dangerous and that
there are numerous risks associated with my participation. I further understand that
the Event will require driving on public roadways upon which the hazards of travelling
are to be expected.

With full knowledge and understanding of the risks associated with the Event, I enter
voluntarily and fully accept and assume every such risk for loss, damage, or injury
(including death).

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby waive,
release, and forever discharge any and all rights and/or claims which I may have, or
which may accrue to me against The Green Machine Team, Race the Green
Machines event and the charity of my choice (collectively “the Organisers”) for any
and all damages, injuries (including death), and/or claims which may be sustained by
me or my vehicle directly or indirectly arising out of my participation in the Event.

4. I covenant not to sue the Organisers for any and all damages, injuries (including
death), and/or claims which may be sustained by me directly or indirectly arising out
of my participation in the Event.

5. I agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organisers from and
against any and all claims or actions arising directly or indirectly out of my actions or
otherwise from my participation in the Event.

6. I agree to indemnify the Organisers against any and all claims whatsoever or
howsoever arising and brought against them by any third party as a result of my
actions or participation in the Event, including without limitation, my violation of any
laws or regulations.
