Over the course of 3 weeks teams will travel 2,500 miles across 10 European countries to Istanbul, Turkey without leaving a carbon footprint.

A fantastic spectrum of challengers have been working on the project. Teams of cyclists plan to employ sheer muscle power, sailors will be praying for sympathetic winds, a solar powered car is looking at its longest ever trip and a team with an electric car and single battery have been looking at the feasibility of employing what is usually a commuter vehicle in an endurance capacity.

1.    No carbon is to be emitted whilst in transit
2.    No laws, either domestic or international, are to be broken in your quest to reach Turkey
